• Termite Inspection
Spot Treatment: Localized or spot treatment is more restrictive and is often applied to a single board or small group of boards that is generally less than ten (10) linear or square feet. Oftentimes these are areas that are adjacent to termite infestations that were not treated.
Full Treatment: Treats the soil on both sides of foundation walls, the voids of cinder blocks in foundation walls, and the soil under plumbing penetrations in slabs and bath traps. Drilling is usually required to treat the interior foundation wall, cinder block voids, and plumbing penetration areas. The number of treatment areas and the amount of drilling varies based on the home’s construction type.
Termite Baiting: Exterminates the workers in the colony by starving it of food. Once the worker termites have been eliminated, the colony goes into a suppression phase or “decline”, and the queens and soldiers die of starvation because they cannot feed themselves. Eventually they die, and the termite colony is eliminated.
